D's side had spinach - mine was pure.
2 lbs Mozzerella Cheese, 3+ lbs Pasta Sauce, 1 lb Pasta, 1/2 lb Ricotta - five layers - my first Lasagna.
Perfection. Though - possibly a little heavy for a summer night...
